When I decided to have what teeth I had left to be extrated and get dentures I called affordable dentures I had a budget that I could spend.some of the options they offer was a little beyond my budget but was able to stay within my meens.i felt everyone there from the office manager to to Dr Smith was very polite and informative. I now have a beautiful smile that rebuilt my confidence when I speak to others. I understood that the process will take time. I'll be wearing my temporary dentures for a while until I'm ready for my permanent set.i can only say great things about this office.and will recommend them to anyone who asks me where I got my new smile 😁 thank you .

I had a tooth that broke In half and have been delaying getting it pulled because I could not afford a root canal. I get very nervous going to the dentist office because of prior experiences but the Alpharetta location hands down is the best dentist I think I’ve ever been to! They put me at ease from the time I walked in the door, and Roger was one of the best! He stayed by my side the whole time, answered all my questions and helped me with my nervousness! The dentist was absolutely amazing and I think this was the easiest extraction I have ever had! Would definitely recommend to anyone that has anxiety about dentists!

Dr. Ronald Smith did a wonderful job listening to all of my questions and concerns. The surgeries went well, I am healing nicely. My Dentures fit well and look fantastic! The receptionist is very kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location for dental services.

I would not go here It's a big waste of time! The dentist was not very friendly but the lady at the front desk was. But we drove 45 minutes and got told that they take my insurance only to get there and find out that they don't and then I've had all of my top teeth pulled by affordable dentures and never had any problems but he wanted to refer me to an oral surgeon which was not necessary, he just seemed like he didn't want to do his job is all there was to it! I would not recommend this particular one to anybody. And also told me because I was nervous about having teeth pulled that I would be more comfortable going to an oral surgeon anyway!

My husband had a broken partial and we scheduled a new patient appointment and had a consultation. We attempted to move forward with a care plan, which took several days to get due to insurance sites being down. Getting in as a new patient is no problem but you’re just left hanging after the initial appointment. We have called for the past six days in a row without any answer from the actual office. They use a corporate call center to answer calls and the call center is unable to reach the office. They have to message them. We have sent multiple messages through the call center with “escalations” done 3 times. My husband gave a one star review on Google due to the lack of communication when they finally called us back after the one star review they said they were surprised that we still wanted to fix his teeth with them since we left a bad review. The review is strictly for communication. The dentist was amazing and so is the hygienist. Also, who says that when trying to make a follow up appointment that you’re surprised we decided to come back. This review is being written after the call center has sent the Alpharetta office five different messages to call us back to set up an e
